Each year transnational organized crime generates a staggering $870 billion, funding criminal activities and harming people the world over. Highlighting the economic and human costs of this illicit business, the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) recently launched their new campaign focussed on putting transnational organized crime out of business.
